Arctelyx AB (‘Arctelyx’, ‘we’, ‘us’) is the data controller for personal data processed via arctelyx.com. This Privacy Policy explains which personal data we collect, on what legal basis and how we protect it under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Swedish law.

2. Personal data we process
When you subscribe to our newsletter we process your full name, email address, the IP address used at the time of consent and the timestamp of the consent. When you browse the site we also process technical log data (browser type, referrer, pages viewed) for security and performance purposes.
3. Purposes and legal bases
We process your newsletter data on the basis of your explicit consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). Technical log data is processed on the basis of our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) in keeping arctelyx.com secure and functional. We never process your data for automated profiling that produces legal effects.
4. Retention
Newsletter data is kept for as long as you remain subscribed and for 24 months after unsubscription for audit purposes. Technical log data is deleted after 12 months.
5. Recipients and transfers
We share personal data only with carefully vetted processors located within the EU/EEA: our newsletter provider, our hosting provider and our accounting partner. We do not transfer personal data outside the EU/EEA.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your personal data, as well as to object to processing. You can withdraw your consent at any time. Please write to privacy@arctelyx.com. You may also lodge a complaint with Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten (IMY), the Swedish supervisory authority.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our service or in Swedish law. The date of the latest update is shown at the top of this page.
